These are beautiful Willie. The kitchen has instantly become one of my favourites of yours - the gentle light is just exquisite. Would love to see more of these characters...

Out of interest, how long would it take you to draw one of the brush pen figures?

hello again. very nice layout and drawings. allow me to ask a goofy question, when u checking references, how much will u rely on it? like, I searched many references for a saloon, but I don't really know how much I can redesign the classic shape of a table so people won't question me "is this real exist in the time period?".
now I am sucked between drawing from imagination and following the photos. I don't even understand why can't I draw from imaginations.
sorry for the long question, will be very appreciated and look forward ur answer. :D

juny- i dont mind at all! send me an e-mail and i can give you a more thorough opinion on it... personally it's all about balancing your imagination & the reference. without any reference you dont have anything to design from... e-mail me.
